What is your sales tax ploicy?
  Sales tax is only charged on orders shipped within the state of Ohio or items purchased at an equine event or trade show at which we have a retail booth.

When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). 
If you paid for the item using a credit card, the refund will be applied to that card and a receipt confirming the credit will be mailed to you. 
If you paid for an item using cash or check, a refund check will be mailed to you.
