How do I create an account?
You will be prompted to create an account at the time you place your order.
Simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.
Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  To edit your account information, please contact us at www.TheShowPen.com with your new account information
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Please e-mail us at www.TheShowPen.com with your name and address and indicate that your Forgot Your password.   We will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
Just drop your extension back in the mail to us.  Please be sure to put a note and a copy of your invoice in the box.

Order with Confidence with our No Hassle Exchange/Refund Policies:


Tail Extensions:  We will make exchanges on any extension we sell provided that the extension has not been CUT, DYED or DAMAGED.  The buyer is only required to pay a shipping charge.

Other Merchandise:   Exchanges can be made on all merchandise returned to us in new condition. 


Tail Extension:  We will refund the full purchase price, less shipping, of any extension we sell provided that the extension has not been CUT, DYED or DAMAGED. 

Other Merchandise:   Full refunds, less shipping, will be given on merchandise returned to us in new condition. 

When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 48-72 hours (weekends and holidays excluded) of when the order is placed.   If you have a specific "need by" date, please e-mail us or include a note in the comment section of your order.
You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped.
